Ad from 1951.
Decided to use this as a catch-all for interesting images or links about photography.

New Spartus Cameras
Ad from 1947. I don't know if I should admit that I have all of these cameras except for the FULL-VUE. The folding one isn't too bad. I believe the Press Flash was the first camera with built-in flash.

Kodachrome
An ad from 1960. I used Kodachrome a lot in the 1970's. Almost forty years later the colors in the slides look like they were just shot.

Vivitar 283 Flash
If you were into photography in the 1980's I think there is a good chance that you used this flash at some time. Ad from 1981.

Olden Camera
I would guess this place is not still in business. At least it doesn't have any presence on the internet that I could find. Still in 1956 when this ad was placed it probably was at the height of prosperity.

Ciro 35
The Ciro 35 may be the only camera that was produced by three different companies. It was introduced as the Cee-ay 35 by Perfex in 1949. Eight months later Ciro bought the design and made the camera featured in the ad. In 1953 Graflex bought Ciro and renamed the camera the Graflex Ciro 35.
